Viable cell collection - CeVi
CeVi collection is a unique human viable cell collection perfectly annotated (histopathology, phenotype, clinical features), issued mainly from lymph nodes, peripheral blood, bone marrow or any other site of a potential tumor proliferation, from lymphomas and reactive lymphoid tissues.
For each sample included, we have vials, dry pellets, DNA / RNA, plasma and biological and clinical data associated.
This original collection is a unique source of material and collaboration with members of CALYM teams, regardless of the type of lymphoma studied.
Indeed, banked pathologies are multiple and cover all subtypes of lymphoma from most common to most rare:
- Follicular lymphoma
- Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
- Hodgkin lymphoma
- Splenic marginal zone lymphoma
- Mantle cell lymphoma
- T-cell lymphomas (PTCL, AITL,…)
- Other lymphomas B: non-Hodgkin lymphomas, Waldenström macroglobulinemia, Burkitt lymphoma, Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, small lymphocytic lymphoma,…
- Others: Castleman disease, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma,…
Sample quality is provided by the NF S96-900 certification of CeVi partners and platforms and partners satisfaction by the ISO 9001v2008 certification of the "Coordination of lymphoma viable cell collection - CeVi".
Availability of Samples / Biospecimens
CeVi collection is an open resource for CALYM researchers to establish R&D partnerships with industry. Companies can access the collection through a contract R&D project with one or more teams of the CALYM consortium.
Each request is examined by the CeVi Steering Committee in order to provide investigators with the most suitable samples.
As part of your project, a scientific question or any need, CALYM team will go with you throughout the process to best respond to your request.
